Education

I am a high school graduate of White Station High School. Go Spartans! I graduated with my Bachelor’s Degree in Early Childhood Education from The University of Memphis in 1999. I received my Master’s Degree in Curriculum and Instruction from Union University in 2003. I was National Board Certified in 2006 and 2016.

 Personal Info

I have been happily married to my husband for 24 years. We have one beautiful daughter, who is 20 years old and Tank, our loyal sidekick. 

 Professional Experience

I am blessed to have taught at White Station Elementary for the entire length of my professional career. I taught First Grade at WSE for 18 years! I now serve as the Instructional Facilitator for the school.  My goal is to provide all WSE stakeholders with the appropriate assistance and resources to help each and every one succeed!
